Product Weighing Machine: The customized weighing machine monitors the weight of products during the packaging process. The system continuously checks the product against a predefined weight limit and automatically rejects the package if the limit is exceeded.
Smart Product Counting Machine: We integrated an IR sensor-based product counting system with the conveyor belt. It detects each product during manufacturing or dispatch and automatically increases the count.
Smart Alerts: The system provides smart alerts based on predefined product conditions, enabling operators to respond quickly without continuous manual monitoring.
Admin Panel: An easy-to-use centralized admin panel allows management to manage product counts, reset data, monitor operations, and access date-wise records.
